Harnessing the power of chromatin biology, creating a new generation of cancer and inflammation treatments
After initial discussions at a biopartnering meeting the ceedd worked informally with Chroma Therapeutics so as to better understand the opportunities in their emerging portfolio. During this time it became apparent that their platform was well aligned with GSK's strategy for delivering differentiated medicines. As soon as the groups were mutually aligned on the scope for a ceedd collaboration, diligence obligations and deal negotiations were concluded very effectively. Chroma has now joined the ceedd's alliance team and is focused today on refining the power of multiple pharmacological targets using it's novel and proprietary drug targeting approach. It is expected that this alliance will deliver differentiated candidate molecules for clinical development very soon.
